James Napoli, P.E. is the firm’s technical director and Principal of AMR Engineering, with over 15 years’ experience in all phases of the building restoration process. Mr. Napoli has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University with a Focus in Structural Engineering. Mr. Napoli is a designated NYC DOB QEWI and Special Inspector as well as a designated NYC DOB QPSI. He is a licensed Professional Engineer currently licensed in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Our talented staff include architects and engineers to meet all your restoration and inspection needs.
