Based in Westchester County, NY, we work with clients throughout the New York City area including, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. Our clients include property management companies, building owners and building board of directors. Our expertise encompasses pre and post-war buildings, specifically brick, limestone and terra cotta building façades. Our skills also include concrete and steel repairs, roofing and waterproofing, building assessment and ten year budget plans.
